Data and purposes

Project enquiries collect contact and company details, project location, trade, team size, schedule, scope and optional files. Specialist enquiries collect contact and residence details, citizenship, status, business details, trades, experience, team size, languages, driving licence, vehicle, availability, German work experience and optional files. Used to review enquiries and communicate about possible collaboration. Do not provide identity, passport or banking documents.

Legal bases

Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may apply to specific pre-contractual enquiries from individuals. Article 6(1)(f) may apply to business representatives (interest in handling business enquiries). Optional retention for future projects would rely on Article 6(1)(a). The precise allocation must be confirmed against actual operations before production use.

Storage and access

This working version processes test enquiries only. Form details are saved in a database and files in separate object storage. Only the authorised operator can access administration and files. Automatic email notifications are not configured.

Recipients and international transfers

The working version runs on OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. Final hosting, storage, email and technical administration providers must be documented. Processing locations, processor agreements and any transfers outside the EEA and safeguards must be verified. EU-only storage is not promised. Profiles are not automatically forwarded to project partners.

Retention

Binding retention periods for completed project enquiries, specialist enquiries and optional future-project records must still be defined. These and deletion procedures will be added before collecting real data publicly. This working version is not a production candidate pool.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn with effect for the future. Contact info@lebridge.eu. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the Slovak Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky.

Required data and decisions

Fields marked * are needed to review the enquiry. Optional data and future-project consent are not required. There is no automated decision about employment or collaboration.
